If the concrete floor does not meet the required specifications, comply with WorkSafe. i.e thickness of the concrete and MPA (Mega Pascall) strength of the concrete.
The following should be undertaken:
A) The two points where the posts will be positioned must be strengthened, the concrete needs to be cut, and a new base poured, normally 1m by 1m by
a minimum 600mm in-depth, the top of this new pad must be flat and level with the rest of the workshop floor.
B) A minimum of 35 days should be allowed for the concrete to cure.
Note: The absolute minimum concrete thickness must be 150MM 32MPA
